Important Information Expenses - The Client understands that the fee of the initial deposit, which is 1/2 (half) of the total cost of their project, will not be refundable. We encourage serious inquirers only! Payment Information - We accept credit cards, paypal, cash, money orders, or cashier checks for payments. We do not accept checks for payments. A retainer fee of 1/2 the cost of the clients entire package is due in order to book our services. The other 1/2 of the payment is due 2 weeks before the event takes place. Please note that all retainer fees are non-refundable. Therefore, we only encourage serious inquirers. All payments should be made payable to MEA Entertainment. Cancellation Of Events - If the event is canceled at anytime, then MEA Entertainment will not be obligated to edit any material that was captured prior to the cancellation of the event. However, the raw material that was captured before the cancellation occurred, will be given to the Client on a DVD. If the Client would like MEA Entertainment to edit the product that was captured before the cancellation of the event, then the final payment of the Clients project will be required in order to receive the edited product of the event. Rescheduling of Events - The Client understands that promptness is very imperative at all event(s). Lack of promptness and/or disorderly conduct by the Client, or any member of the event that causes any event to be canceled, then MEA Entertainment will give the Client a chance to reschedule for a later date. If there happens to be a second rescheduling of the same event because of lack of promptness and/or disorderly conduct, then MEA Entertainment has the option whether or not to attend or include the event(s). The first cancellation of any event because of bad weather conditions is understood by MEA Entertainment to be a natural cause and will not be held against the Client. When rescheduling an event because of bad weather, the Client is required to check weather broadcast prior to rescheduling that event. This will allow MEA Entertainment to perform its duty without having to reschedule once again. Important Notice - The Client understands when working on the outside, MEA Entertainment is not obligated to capture any material in bad weather conditions. If MEA Entertainment Production Team happens to run into any difficulties beyond their control, disabling the Production Team from being on time, a 15 minute window must be allowed by Client for MEA Entertainment Production Team to arrive at that event. If MEA Entertainment Production Team happens to be delayed over 15 minutes, then MEA Entertainment will award the client $5.00 for every minute thereafter. All SD cards, CF cards, or any type of memory device that are used by MEA Entertainment to capture the Clients project, is the property of MEA Entertainment and will not be given out to the Client under no circumstances. Photo Editing - The Client understands that when editing photos, MEA Entertainment will determine which photos to add to the clients project, and which photos to add special effects to, such as; black and white, blur edge, sepia, matte, vignette, antique, color accented, or any other special effects. Note: Color correction and special effects are automatically included within the package. Our production team does not remove bodily weight. If the Client would like their photos to be color corrected with no special effects then the client will have to specify that request within the contract. Video Editing - When it comes to video editing, the Client understands that they have the option to specify what parts of the events to capture. The Client understands that if they do not specify what to capture, M.E.A. Entertainment has the right to decide what to capture to the best of the production team discretion. The Client understands that the edited movie is a short film of highlighted clips of their event with graphics, music, slow motion, and effects. The Client also understands that the uncut is continuous footage of an event, (no editing). If the Client desires a second camera shot, there will be an extra fee. Note: All events are to be in a safe and in-explicit environment where MEA Entertainment Production Team's equipment is permissible. Any event that requires a fee for MEA Entertainment Production Team to enter a facility, will be paid by the Client. Time Allowed for Completion - MEA Entertainment requires four to eight weeks after capturing the material of all events for the finished product to be completed.
